Your hosts are Linda, Gary and Caroline who have been in the Tourism business for the last 8 years.
We started out in St Arnaud, Nelson Lakes working for various Motels and Lodges. We lived there for 5 years and we enjoyed meeting people so we decided to buy our own Motel.
We settled on Methven Motels and have been here for the last 2 and a half years. We are mainly a ski area but still get a lot of Summer people enjoying the tramping and the fishing on the Rakaia River. Golf is also a big activity in Methven and the Methven walkways are a great place to walk and cycle.
We have Fox Terriers so we do a lot of walking, and can tell guests of the many nice places to go.
We aim to make your stay enjoyable and have about 80 DVD’s for you to watch plus many games if it is a wet day.
We look forward to your visit.

A place that I know
Where the world cannot find me
And the time goes so slow"
